Sociable,
Honest, Optimistic, Understanding
and Trustworthy — SHOUT.
These 5 core character traits are made up of 5 character building blocks:
Sociable is based on how Friendly,
Cooperative, Helpful, Courteous and Kind you are.
Honest is about the ability to Admit Mistakes
and to be Truthful.
Optimistic describes things like Positivity
and Perseverance.
Understanding recognizes Fairness and
Professionalism.
Trustworthy consists of qualities such as
Dependability and Loyalty.
A ShoutProud® score shows your character while it helps you grow and protect your personal and professional reputation.
